Alpha Female® was founded in 2010 to help support women who mean business. Our goal is to provide an informative and understanding viewpoint, and wherever possible to give women the resources they need to succeed. We strongly believe that women want to help other women, and we also support other professional women's groups and charities.
AF members have access to a host of well-kept secrets such as some of the best shops, restaurants and opinions of those who really know what’s what. On top of this, there’s plenty of useful career advice, offers and forums as well as the luxury of being able to network with other club members online and offline at key events.
Alpha Female is free for members because we strongly believe in making access to our knowledge pool and network as easy as possible, in order to assist women at all levels of their careers.
Who is our Godmother?
Wouldn't it be wonderful to have a real-life fairy Godmother, who could give you advice and help on everything from bonus negotiations to where to get the best bellini? Voilà, your wish is granted! Your AF Godmother is a team has been in financial markets for over a decade, and she draws on the help of her Honourary Godmothers: everyone from senior business women and career coaches to the best personal trainers and chefs - an A-team of top talent to help and support you. When you see the Godmother appear, she will usually be giving you an insider tip. She also blogs about her travels and travails (cheaper than therapy...)
What is an Alpha Female?
We believe that Alpha Females are women who have chosen to be in charge of their own destiny. AFs work hard at their careers and yet are not defined by their work; we are still women and we still enjoy our personal lives. AFs have figured out that we do not need to behave like men to succeed, and all over the world AFs are busy creating new definitions of what success truly means. AFs know that every woman has her own definition of success.
